Sometimes it's dinner time before I even realize it and I don't have a clue what to make. One of my family's favorite easy recipes is nachos. They are really simple to make and oh so very tasty.

Ingredients:

1pound ground turkey (you can use beef if you prefer)
¼  teaspoon of garlic powder
¼  teaspoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce
1 teaspoon of Country Bob's Spicy All Purpose Sauce
¼  teaspoon of pepper
Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt to taste
One can of refried beans
1 bag of tortilla chips
Shredded cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese (as much as you like)
Sour cream (optional)
Avocado or guacamole (optional)
Salsa (optional)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is heating up, put your ground turkey into a pan on the top of the stove and start to brown it. While browning, mix the garlic powder, onion pwder, All Purpose Sauces, pepper and seasoning salt into the meat mixture. Continue browning until the mixture is no longer pink. Once done, remove the browned meat from the stove and set aside. Next, spread your tortilla chips evenly on a pan (I line mine with aluminum foil) and spread refried beans on each. Once that is done, sprinkle the tops with your ground meat (we like a lot). On top of that, add your shredded cheese then pop the pan in the oven until the cheese is thoroughly melted. Serve with guacamole, avocado and salsa on the side if you like. Usually there is enough for two batches unless you use a really large pan.

These are super tasty! The photos you see in this post were taken of last night's supper. The great thing about these? The WHOLE family, even my picky toddlers will gobble them down.
