Country Bob's Salmon PitasToday, we had an appointment so hubby went into work later than usual. I decided to make us a quick, healthy and tasty lunch. This is the type of meal I would usually make for dinner, though. It was super easy. I just took two salmon fillets from the freezer, defrosted them then baked them at 350 degrees for 11 minutes (until flaky). Before popping them into the oven, I brushed them with a little olive oil and sprinkled them with Country Bob's Seasoning Salt.

I boiled up some rice (I used Uncle Ben's Whole Grain White Rice) then plated it all up with a pile of the rice, topped by the salmon and flanked by toasted pita pockets (I just popped them in the toaster straight from the freezer where I keep them). My husband ate his like that, but I stuffed all of the goodness into a pita and topped it with a dousing of Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce.

Salmon Pitas

Yummy.

Delicious.

Tasty.

And, very easy.

So, even if you don't eat a lot of red meat, you can still enjoy Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce and accompanying products. I love the sauce and seasoning salt on grilled veggies as well.
