Cherry Glazed Ham

This is a nice easy ham recipe that is perfect for Sunday dinners with the family. We actually had all the ingredients on hand, so when friends called that Sunday afternoon, the eight of us had a fancy looking, simple to make feast. They will think that you worked for hours making this one. But we won't tell anyone just how simple it was.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 2.5 hours

Grill: Royall 3000 Wood Pellet Grill
Pellets: Cherry

Ingredients:

  • 1 large ham (this was a 12 pounder)
  • 1 cup Cherry Preserves
  • 1 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce

Nov 22, 2010 2:37:52 PM

Buffalo Stump ChickenPatti and I are always trying to come up with something just a little different for the BBQ. This time we have come up with something that is hugely tasty and over the top!!

All of our “Crash Test Dummies” who have tried this chicken are still talking about it and want more; actually they call once a week to see if we’re making it again. That just makes us smile knowingly…

Country Bob-B-Que Baked Potatoes Recipe

Nov 10, 2010 2:39:29 PM

Country Bob-B-Que Stuffed Potatoes
I grew up in a meat and potatoes family. My daddy always had to have some sort of potato with our meal. Maybe that is why I now often combine the two. I also love stuffed barbecue potatoes when we go out to eat. Lately, we have been making our own twist on this favorite using lean ground turkey and Country Bob's Barbeque Sauce.

Ribs 101

Jul 15, 2010 5:02:06 AM

ribs on the smokerEverybody is always asking us how to do ribs. People think that there must be some kind of magic or secret recipe. The problem is that most folks tend to over think BBQ. So, we ask, what is BBQ? BBQ is when you cook Low and Slow. Grilling is Hot and Fast. No matter your heat source BBQ is LOW AND SLOW. That is all there is to it. Even the toughest cut of meat can’t hold out to Low and Slow.

Mushroom Burger

May 28, 2010 5:01:15 AM

Mushroom HamburgerThis burger was an easy choice. Ken loves beef and Patti loves mushrooms and we both love cheese. Burgers just seem so all American and there are so many ways to fix them. There are tons of different ingredients to add to the ground meat, plus, many choices for the toppings. Luckily, we haven't found a combination that one of us wasn't crazy about. How about a great cheeseburger smothered with sautéed mushrooms? We like them on our steaks, so why not on our burgers with a thick layer of Swiss cheese and Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce mixed with chipotle and mayo?

Smoke it on the grill and you are going to town!
Tonight, we made it a little more "special", we made a little Chipotle Mayo using Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce.

Bacon Garlic Burger

Bacon Garlic Burger

How about a great cheeseburger smothered with bacon, garlic and onions? We put our garlic skillet on steaks or have it as a side all the time. We got to thinking it would be great on a burger, too.

Smoked it all on the grill and it was Hamburger Heaven!

Tonight, to add a little more “special”, we made a little Chipotle Mayo using Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce.
