BBQ Lamb Kabobs

3 pounds lamb, trimmed of excess fat
1/2 cup red cooking wine
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil or vegetable oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy)
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic (granular or powder)
2 tsp granular onion
12 drops hot sauce
Methods/steps
Cube lamb into 1 to 1 1/4 inch pieces. Mix all remaining ingredients with lamb. Marinate for 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator. Drain and reserve marinade. Skewer meat pieces. Grill over medium hot fire. Turn and baste with marinade every 3 to 4 minutes until done to your own preference.
