Bleu Cheese Meat loaf

1 large onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 T Butter
1 cup of Country Bobs All Purpose Sauce
1 1/2lb lean ground beef
1/4 lb ground pork sausage
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/2 t dry mustard
1/4 t sage
2 cups fine dry bread crumbs
1 cup milk
2 eggs
4oz Bleu cheese crumbled
Methods/steps
Cook onions and green pepper in butter for 6 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of Country Bobs All Purpose Sauce and cook a few minutes longer. Put the onion and green pepper in a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Combine remaining ingredients including the Country Bobs. Press in pan on top of the onions and green peppers. Bake for 1 hour and twenty five minutes at 375. Drain carefully and turn over on platter. Pour more Country Bobs on before serving.
