8 pounds country-style pork ribs
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 T. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. Country Bob's Seasoning Salt
4 cups Country Bob's Barbeaue Sauce
1 cup vinegar
4 T. Country Bob's Spicy All Purpose Sauce
2 tsp. black pepper
Methods/steps
Cut country-style pork ribs into small riblets or use boneless ribs. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. To prepare sauce, combine garlic, cilantro, cumin, seasoning salt, BBQ Sauce, vinegar, Spicy All Purpose Sauce, and pepper in a sauce pan and blend well. Sauce should be thick. Place riblets in a large roasting pan. Pour sauce evenly over the ribs and cover. Bake 2 hours. Preheat the broiler and broil ribs for 3 to 4 minutes, turning once. Baste the ribs while cooking with sauce until they are browned and crusty. Makes about 25 ribs. This recipe could also be grilled instead of broiled.
