Clam Loaf

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
2 cans minced clams
3 to 4 green onions, chopped
1 to 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 loaf shepherd bread (unsliced)
2 Tbsp Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy)
Methods/steps
Mix cream cheese, clams (including juice), parsley and onions. Slice top from bread. Remove inside of loaf leaving a shell. Place cream cheese mixture inside. Replace top of loaf; wrap in heavy duty foil and bake for three hours at 250 degrees. Serve hot. Use pieces of scooped out bread to dip.
