Corned Beef Cheese Ball
Ingredients
3 pkgs Corned Beef
6 green onions
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy Hot)
1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup pecan pieces
Methods/steps
Cut corned beef in small slivers, reserve 1/4 cup. Mix balance of corned beef with the rest of the ingredients and form a ball. Roll the cheese ball in 1/4 cup of beef. Serve with crackers.
