Country Bob Sausage Supper

2 to 4
3 strips of bacon
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 large sweet onion
2 ribs celery, sliced
1 lb polish kielbasa or smoked sausage
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy)
Methods/steps
In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp and remove from pan. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are browned on one side, turn with spatula and add sliced polish kielbasa or smoked sausage. Reduce heat and cook slowly, turning when needed until vegetables are done and sausage is cooked through. Pour Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce over all and gently mix in. Serve immediately. Makes a great supper when served with a tossed salad.
