Creole Roast

2 1/2 lb beef roast
1 lemon, sliced
2 onion, chopped
Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy)
2 medium zucchini, sliced
Salt and pepper
3/4 cup water
Methods/steps
Season roast with salt and pepper. Place in roasting pan. Arrange lemon slices on top. Sprinkle with chopped onions. Cover with Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce and add 3/4 cup water. Bake covered at 350 degrees until meat is tender. Serve roast and pan juices with rice or potatoes.
