Deer Sticks
Ingredients

5 lbs ground Venison or Lean Beef
5 T Morton Tender quick salt
3 t mustard seed
2 t granulated garlic
2 t cracked pepper
1/8 cup Country Bobs All Purpose Sauce
1 T hickory smoke salt
1 t liquid smoke
Methods/steps
Mix beef or deer and all the seasonings. Place in a large covered container for 3 days, mixing with hands each day to make sure beef or deer is thoroughly mixed. On 3rd day shape into about 14 oz sticks. Place on broiler pan and put into oven and bake at 150% for 8 hours. Turn after 4 hours. Wrap individually in foil or plastic wrap. Keep in refrigerator for weeks or put in freezer for months.
