1 lb pork sausage, hot or mild
1 (10 oz) jar diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Country Bob' s All Purpose Sauce
Methods/steps
In a large skillet, cook sausage over a medium heat until it is browned and cooked through. Mix tomatoes, Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce and cream cheese into the skillet. Stir and continue cooking the mixture over a medium heat until the cheese has melted. Serves 6.
