French Sliced Beef

1 loaf french bread or 5 hoagie rolls
1 lb ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy Hot)
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 cupr green pepper chopped
Methods/steps
Cut bread in half lengthwise; carefully scoop out inside and break into bite-size pieces. Combine ground chuck and onion in large saucepan or Dutch oven; cook until meat is browned drain grease. Stir in soup, Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce and bread pieces. Spoon meat mixture into bottom half of bread shell and cover with top half of bread shell. Wrap loaf in foil; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. To serve cut into slices.
