4 pork steaks (cut thin) 1/2 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy) 1/2 tsp onion salt 1/2 tsp liquid smoke 8 oz can tomato sauce
Methods/steps
For indoor barbecue brown steaks on both sides in hot fat. Drain off fat. Season steaks with salt and pepper. For sauce, combine tomato sauce, Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce, onion salt and liquid smoke. Pour over steaks. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until tender, turning occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
