Shrimp and Bean Stew

1LB med shrimp peeled cooked shrimp
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbl olive oil
1/2 lb Italian ground sausage
1 Tbl chopped garlic from jar
2 cans 15oz cannellini or Great Northen beans, drained rinsed twice
1 14oz can chicken broth
1 15oz can diced tomatos
1 tsp Basil
1/3 cup Country Bobs All Purpose Sauce
French Bread
3 Tbl corn starch in 3 tbl water
Methods/steps
Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat oil over high heat and add shrimp, cook 1 min. per side. Transfer to bowl. Reduce heat to med-high add sausage and cook for 4 min. until brown. Add garlic and cook another minute, add beans, broth, Country Bobs and tomatos and cook for 6 minutes. Add shrimp, basil and corn starch. Bring to boil stiring. Serve with bread.
