Southern Zesty Chex Mix
Ingredients

3 Tbsp margarine
1/4 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy)
2 tsp vinegar
6 cups Kellogg's Crispix Cereal
1 cup Melba toast rounds
1 cup pecan halves or salted mixed nuts
Methods/steps
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Melt margarine in 13 x 9 inch pan in oven. Remove from oven. Stir in onion salt, cayenne pepper, Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce and vinegar. Add Crispix cereal, Melba toast and pecan halves. Mix until coated. Return to oven and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool.
