The Best Sausage Gravy & Bisquits

Description I've been making bisquits and gravy for years and decided to try adding County Bob's and much to my liking it really enhanced to flavor. It's not bisquits and gravy without Country Bob's. This is a family favorite.

Makes
3 Cups Gravy
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter or Margerine
  • 4 Tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 cups any milk
  • 1 Tablespoon County Bobs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste (optional)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups cooked sausage
Methods/steps
  1. Cook sausage and set aside.
  2. Melt butter or margerine in a med. size sauce pan over low heat.
  3. When melted add flour and stir until smooth
  4. slowly add milk while you continue stirring.
  5. Cook over low to med heat while stirring until it becomes thick and smooth.
  6. Add Country Bob's and sausage.
  7. Heat until sausage is hot, about 5 min.
  8. Serve over bisquits of your choice.
Additional Tips
You can use homemade or refridgerater bisquits. This gravy is good on all bisquicks. ENJOY
