Tuna Salad Sandwich

1 (6 1/2 ounce can) tuna
1/4 pound small shrimp
2 slices ham, diced
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
1 hard cooked egg
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy)
Methods/steps
Mix together the tuna and shrimp. Saute together the ham and mushrooms in a little oil. Add to tuna and shrimp mixture. Add the chopped egg, green pepper, onions, celery, garlic, and lemon juice to tuna mixture. Mix together mayonnaise, Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce, and Tabasco; add to the tuna mixture and toss lightly. Pour into shallow baking dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Top with buttered breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven or until heated through, 25 to 30 minutes.
