BBQ Shrimp Crostini
BBQ Shrimp Crostini made by Crazy Gringo BBQ. These shrimps are delectable, bite-sized goodness!
These shrimps are marinated with our Cajun Seasoning and Honey Barbecue and grilled to perfection.
This appetizer is sure to make a splash at your next get-together.
Jalapeño Drip Jam:
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1 medium diced white onion
1 cup packed light brown sugar
4-ounce can diced jalapeños
2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
1 pound 21-30 count raw shrimp
Country Bob's Cajun seasoning
Country Bob's honey BBQ sauce
Jalapeño Drip Jam Instructions:
Sautée onions in the butter until translucent, add in the jalapeños, stone ground mustard, and brown sugar. Let this reduce while stirring.
Grill at 350°F until cooked, and brush sauce on the grill. Add jalapeño drip jam, shrimp, parmesan, and parsley to toasted baguette slices.
