1 pkg of your favorite bratwursts
1 pkg bratwurst buns
1/3 cup Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
1 small vidalia onion chopped

Smoker option:
Preheat smoker to 250°

Place bratwurst’s on smoker for one hour or until 160° internal temp

Brush on Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce to each bratwurst 10 minutes before they’re done

Place Bratwurst’s in buns, drizzle with Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce and top with chopped onions or with your other favorite toppings

Charcoal grill option:
Preheat grill to 300° for indirect heat and grill bratwurst’s for 45 minutes or until internal temp is 160°
