Ingredients:
1 cup Country Bob’s Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
2-3 pound chuck roast
6 tbsp butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup BBQ seasoning
Directions

Cut your chuck roast into 1 inch cubes and toss with your favorite BBQ seasoning. Place a rack or something to raise the steak cubes inside of a cast iron pan. Pour apple juice on the bottom of the cast iron pan and set the chuck roast cubes on the rack. Cover with foil and smoke at 225 degrees for 4-5 hours.

Remove foil and carefully transfer chuck roast cubes to an aluminum pan. Coat in Country Bob’s Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce and honey. Add butter cubes and cover the aluminum pan with foil. Place back on the smoker for another hour.

Remove foil and toss burnt ends around in the pan juices. Let the cubes cool and serve!
