2 catfish filets
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
2 tbsp butter
CAROLINA GOLD SAUCE
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup Country Bob’s BBQ Sauce
1 pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat a cast iron pan to medium heat. Thoroughly season the catfish filets with paprika, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt.

Melt the butter in the pan and add catfish. Cook for 4-5 minutes and flip the filets. Once you flip the filets, place the pan in the oven for 6 minutes.

While catfish is cooking in the oven, mix all of the Carolina Gold Sauce ingredients and whisk until well blended.

Remove catfish from the oven and serve with rice, veggies and Carolina gold sauce!
