1.5 pound salmon filet

2 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon cut into slices

1 tbsp Country Bob’s Cajun Seasoning

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp oregano

2 tsp cracked pepper

1 tsp cayenne pepper

Rinse salmon filet off and pat dry. Preheat grill or cast iron pan to medium high heat. Season salmon with Country Bob’s Cajun Seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, cracked pepper and cayenne pepper. Drizzle olive oil over salmon filets and place on the grill skin side up and cook for 4-5 minutes. The salmon shouldn’t stick. If it does, leave it on the grill for a couple of minutes.

Flip salmon and reduce heat to medium. Place a couple of lemon slices on the salmon. Cook salmon for an additional 3-4 minutes until the middle is cooked through. Remove and serve over rice!
