Country Bob’s Cajun Salmon BLT

1/2 pound center cut salmon filet
2 tbsp Country Bob’s Cajun Seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
4 strips of bacon cooked
2 slices sourdough bread
4-5 lettuce leaves
1 tomato sliced
1 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp red onions sliced
Preheat a pan to medium. Season the salmon with Country Bob’s Cajun Seasoning, garlic powder and oregano. Coat salmon in olive oil and sear on a pan skin side down for 4-5 minutes. Flip the salmon and sear for another 4-5 minutes. When you flip the salmon, remove the skin. It should come off relatively easy. Set salmon aside.
Toast sourdough bread then top with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, salmon, and bacon. Coat the top of the bread with mayo and it’s ready to serve!
