12 oz. shredded green cabbage 4 oz. shredded red cabbage 1/3 cup carrots (grated) 1 jalapeño minced (remove seeds) Dressing: 1/2 cup mayo 2 1/4 tbsp milk 2 1/4 tbsp buttermilk 1 1/4 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 3/4 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp Country Bob's seasoning salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Mix together, and let chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

Vegetable oil for frying

Mix coleslaw mix and dressing together, and let chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

Add smoked pork, coleslaw mix, and Country Bob's Original Barbecue Sauce to each eggroll wrapper. Wrap and seal with water.

Fry in 350 degree oil until golden brown. Serve with more Country Bob's Original Barbecue Sauce for dipping!
