Ingredients

2 lbs Ground Chuck

20 oz Pork Sausage

1 bottle (13 ounces) Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce 

2 lbs Bacon

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1/2 cup chopped red pepper

1/2 cup chopped vidalia onion

cheese of choice

1 tsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt

Flatten ground chuck in a gallon ziplock bag. Cut edges of bag and open. Sprinkle with Seasoning Salt and All Purpose Sauce. Add Onions, red and green bell peppers (cheese if desired).

Repeat process with pork sausage. Roll into a log. Wrap or weave with bacon. Grill at 250 degrees for 2 hours.

Baste with All Purpose Sauce and grill 15 additional minutes. Remove from grill and cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes.

Cut into serving sized slices.
