Garlic Butter Ribeye
Country Bob's reverse-seared Garlic Butter Ribeye is a tender beef cut loaded with flavor - just add a dash of our Seasoning Salt!
1 tbsp Country Bob's Seasoning Salt
1 Ribeye steak (1 inch thick)
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 Cloves of garlic
1 tbsp Minced parsley
2 tbsp Butter (softened at room temperature)
Special Equipment (Optional)
1 Cheese grater
1 Cast iron pan
1. Start by combining the Country Bob's Seasoning Salt with olive oil. Generously coat the ribeye in the mixture and set aside but do not put in the fridge.
1. Then, grate the garlic cloves into a bowl being careful not to get your fingers too close to the grater. Add the minced parsley and softened butter and mix until thoroughly combined. Set in the fridge to solidify.
1. Next, preheat the cast iron skillet to medium high and preheat the oven to 350. Once the skillet is hot, sear the coated ribeye for 2 minutes per side then put the skillet in the oven for 8 minutes (medium) or 6 minutes (medium rare).
1. Finally, remove from the oven and put on a plate to rest for 5 minutes. Put a dollop of garlic butter on the steak while it rests. Add your favorite side and dig in!
