This flavorful Italian Beef Sandwiches, features a tender chuck steak coated with Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce and Italian dressing mix. Pressure-cooked with pepperoncini and beef broth. Served on butter-toasted bun and topped with giardiniera and Au Jus.

2 hoagie buns
3 tbsp Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
1 packet of dry Italian dressing mix
1/2 cup of pepperoncini peppers with juice
1/2 cup beef broth
1 pound chuck steak
1 jar giardiniera vegetables

Slather your chuck steak in Country Bob’s AP Sauce then season with an entire packet of Italian dressing mix. Place in a pressure cooker along with the pepperoncini and beef broth. Pressure cook for one hour then let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.

While the beef is cooking, butter and toast the hoagie buns. Set aside. Once beef is finished, remove from the pressure cooker and shred with a fork. Strain the liquid from the pressure cooker into another bowl to create an Au Jus to dip.

Add beef to the buns, then top with giardiniera vegetables. Dip your sandwich in the Au Jus or pour the au jus on top!
