Meat Loaf

I would do anything for the love of meatloaf, but I won’t do that meatloaf without Country Bob’s.

1.50 lean ground beef

0.25 cup chopped onion

0.25 green bell pepper, diced (optional)

12 saltine crackers, crushed

2 eggs, beaten

0.75 cup Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce

0.25 cup milk

1 tbsp. Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt

0.25 tsp ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Using a large mixing bowl, combine beef, eggs, cracker crumbs, Country Bob's Seasoning Salt and pepper.

  3. Pour in milk, 1/2 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce, onion and bell pepper.

  4. Mix well. Shape into a loaf. Place on a baking pan.

  5. Pour or brush remaining 1/4 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce on top of meat loaf.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

  7. Remove meatloaf and place on a serving plate.

  8. Let stand for several minutes before slicing.
