Meatball Sub

When you're in the mood for barbecue but only have time to make meatball subs. We've got you covered!

3 lbs ground beef 90/10

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (any flavor)

2 tbsp Country Bob's Seasoning Salt

1 large sweet onion, roughly chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed and diced


Slices of mozzarella, provolone, or pepper jack cheese


Country Bob’s Original Barbecue Sauce


  1. Combine ingredients, mix well and shape into 12 meatballs.

  2. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 30 minutes. (Pro tip: cover the baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup).

  3. For the last 2 minutes, cover meatballs with cheese.

  4. Put meatballs in the roll, cover with barbecue sauce.
