When you're in the mood for barbecue but only have time to make meatball subs. We've got you covered!
3 lbs ground beef 90/10
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (any flavor)
2 tbsp Country Bob's Seasoning Salt
1 large sweet onion, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed and diced
Slices of mozzarella, provolone, or pepper jack cheese
Combine ingredients, mix well and shape into 12 meatballs.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 30 minutes. (Pro tip: cover the baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup).
For the last 2 minutes, cover meatballs with cheese.
Put meatballs in the roll, cover with barbecue sauce.
