4 thick cut pork chops
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 teaspoons of kosher salt
2 teaspoons of black pepper
1 cup of Country Bob’s Original barbecue sauce

Directions

Preheat smoker to 275°

Place pork chops in a large bowl and add olive oil. Mix to completely coat pork chops with olive oil.

Place pork chops on a baking sheet and season both sides with kosher salt and black pepper

Place pork chops on smoker and smoke for 35 minutes and then flip pork chops over. Start
brushing/basting pork chops with Country Bob’s Original barbecue sauce and continue to cook
and baste for 30 more minutes until internal temp is at your desired doneness... 145°-165°
