Pulled Pork Grilled Burrito
Is there anything you CAN’T put in a tortilla? But the real star of this dish is the pulled pork. Grill it, wrap it, eat it!

Ingredients
1 medium tomato, diced
1 avocado sliced
1 small jalapeño, seeded and diced
¼ cup pickled jalapeños
¼ cup black beans
¼ cup fresh cut corn kernels
¼ cup chopped red onions
¼ cup chopped cilantro
¼ cup queso fresco crumbled
¼ cup shredded mozzarella
2 limes cut into wedges
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup of your choice of Country Bob’s BBQ sauce
2 cups leftover pulled pork
2 large flour tortillas
Directions

Overlap two large tortillas and fill with ingredients. Wrap tortilla and then wrap tightly in aluminum foil.

Place wrapped tortilla on hot skillet or grill and heat for 5 minutes per side. Unwrap burrito and slice it in half.

Drizzle top with more of your favorite Country Bob’s sauce, queso fresco, cilantro, squeezed lime juice and sour cream.
