The BEST roasted cauliflower! Amazingly crispy-tender, golden-brown with a spicy, tangy sauce. This is the perfect side dish for any holiday meal.
1 large head of Cauliflower with stalk removed
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
3/4 cup Country Bob’s AP Sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp bbq sauce
Chopped green onions to garnish
Preheat oven to 400. In a cast iron skillet place head of cauliflower in the middle of the pan. In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, Country Bob’s AP Sauce, hot sauce, honey and bbq sauce. Mix util well combined.
Pour the Country Bob’s AP mixture over the cauliflower and use a brush to push the sauce into the grooves and nooks of the cauliflower. Cover the pan with foil and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil from the Cauliflower and put back into the oven for another 20-30 minutes until cauliflower begins to brown and char on the edges.
Remove and cut into slices then top with chopped green onions to serve!
