6 chicken tenders cut into bite sized pieces
1 cup flour
1/4 cup corn starch
2 tbsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup Country Bob’s Roasted Pineapple Black Pepper Wing Sauce
Oil for frying

In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch and seasoning salt. Whisk until well blended and set aside. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until smooth and set aside. Heat the oil in a pot to 350 degrees (about medium temperature).

Add chicken to the flour mixture and coat. Remove chicken and shake off excess flour, then place in the eggs and stir to coat with egg. Shake off excess egg and add back to the flour until fully coated.

Once oil is heated to 350 degrees, carefully place each piece of chicken in the oil and fry until golden brown. About 6-8 minutes. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain oil. In a large bowl, toss the wings in Country Bob’s Roasted Pineapple Black Pepper Wing Sauce and they are ready to serve!
