Spicy Chicken and Veggie Kabobs

1 lb chicken thighs
2 Jalapenos
2 Fresno Peppers
1 red onion
1 cup Country Bob’s Original BBQ Sauce
Skewers and water
2 tbsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Soak your skewers in water while preparing the rest of the meal. Cut chicken thighs into bite sized pieces. About 4 pieces to a thigh. Slice the jalapenos down the middle, removing the seeds and stem. Cut each jalapeno half into four pieces, about an inch in size. Do the same for the Fresno pepper. Slice the top and bottom off of the red onion, then cut in half. Cut that half into 5-6 blocks. Each block should have several layers of onion.

Place all of your veggies and chicken in a large bowl. Pour olive oil and Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt into a bowl and stir until well coated. Arrange each skewer with chicken, jalapeno, Fresno pepper and red onion. Place on a medium heated grill for about 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another 4 minutes. Remove the skewers and slather in Country Bob’s Original BBQ Sauce. Turn the heat of the grill up about 100 degrees and return skewers to the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until BBQ Sauce caramelizes, then remove and serve!
