Ingredients
Servings: 5
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp dried cilantro
2 tsp dried onion
1 tbsp Country Bob’s Cajun Seasoning
3 garlic cloves grated
5 steaks
3 tbsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
Directions
1
Heat up your grill and liberally coat the steaks in Country Bob’s Seasoning salt. If you just pulled your steaks out of the fridge, let the steaks rest until they come to room temperature. While the steaks are resting, make the butter.
2
Combine the butter, paprika, crushed red pepper, cilantro, dried onion, Country Bob’s Cajun Seasoning and grated garlic cloves in a bowl. Using a fork, blend the spices and herbs with the butter until well mixed. Scrape the butter out of the bowl into a zip lock bag. With your fingers, push the butter to the bottom of the bag to make a stick of Cajun butter. Put the bag in the freezer to let it firm up.
3
Grill your steak to your liking then cut the butter into individual pieces and let it melt over the warm steaks. You can use this butter for veggies as well.
