Ingredients
4 (4 ounce) Pork Loin Chops
4 ounces Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
Rub Ingredients:
4 tablespoons Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons ancho chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

Combine Rub ingredients in a small bowl.

Rub spice mixture evenly over pork chops; let stand 10 minutes.

Prepare your grill. We used our Primo Grill for this one. It is a great grill. Set your temperature to 275 degrees. Throw in some wood chips for some extra smoke flavor.

Place chops on a grill rack. Grill 15 to 20 minutes on each side. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 to 160° F

Remove from grill and let rest for 3 to 5 minutes

As always, keep some Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce close by for dipping!

TIP!
Ancho chili powder is made from ground, smoked, dried poblano peppers, and it gives this rub a subtle smoky heat. For a milder flavor, cut back on the ground black pepper or ancho chili powder, and omit the ground red pepper. You can also simply cut back on the amount you rub onto the meat at the beginning.
