

Apricot All Purpose Wings


It's wing time! These mouth watering wings combine our savory All Purpose sauce and sweet apricot sauce making them deliciously craveable. These wings are finger licking good!

Ingredients:
1 pound chicken wings
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp paprika
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 onion minced
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup apricot jelly or marmalade
1/3 cup Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper

Directions

Dry chicken wings as much as possible then fry naked wings at 375 until golden and cooked through. Cook for 10-12 minutes. While the wings are frying, make the sauce.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until it has softened. About 3-4 minutes. Add black pepper, paprika, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Stir to combine everything then turn heat down to medium low and add Country Bob’s AP sauce. Add Dijon mustard, apricot jelly and water then stir until well combined. Turn the heat back up to medium and stir until the sauce begins to bubble and thicken. Once the sauce is thick enough to cover the back of a spoon, turn the heat off and cover the sauce with a lid.

Once wings are golden and cooked through, toss in the sauce until fully coated. Top with some parsley or diced green onion and serve!
