Bacon Wrapped Chicken Lollipops
Juicy, tender, sauced, and seasoned to perfection. These Bacon Wrapped Chicken Lollipops are pretty easy to prepare and even more fun to eat!
Cut off skin and meat from end of chicken leg to expose the leg bone and joint. Dust with Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
Wrap chicken meat with one whole strip of bacon. Smoke at 250° for 2.5-3 hours
Brush bacon wrapped chicken with your Country Bob’s Barbecue Sauce of choice and continue smoking for 30-45 minutes
