7 slices bacon

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix

1/2 cup Country Bob’s Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 tomato, chopped

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet and cook over medium-high heat,

turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain

bacon slices on a paper towel-lined plate. Crumble cooled bacon into a

bowl and set aside. (Or place bacon in a 250° preheated smoker and

smoke for 45 minutes or until bacon is at desired doneness)

Stir together cream cheese and ranch dressing mix in a bowl until

smooth. Spread mixture on the bottom of a pie dish. Evenly spread

barbecue sauce on top of cream cheese mixture. Layer chopped bacon,

bell pepper, and tomato on top of barbecue sauce and top with Cheddar cheese. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
