BBQ Baked Beans

Ingredients:
4 slices bacon chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 sweet onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
1 jalapeno diced
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Country Bob’s Original BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cans Navy beans drained

Preheat the oven to 400. Prep veggies and bacon. Heat a large oven safe pot or dutch oven to medium. Add the chopped bacon and cook until it is crispy. Stir in the onion, bell pepper, jalapeno and garlic. Move veggies to the side and add the ground beef. Once beef begins to brown, after about 5 minutes, stir in with the veggies.

Add the smoked paprika, chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 3 minutes then add vinegar, Country Bob’s Original BBQ Sauce, ketchup, Dijon and brown sugar. Stir to combine then add the beans to the pot. Continue stirring and bring the mixture to a boil, then turn off the heat.

Transfer the pot to the oven (lid removed). Cook for 30-35 minutes until it is bubbly and browned. Remove and let cool before serving!
