BBQ Chicken Wings

You asked for it and now you got it: a sure-fire recipe for game day. Or every day. Just make sure to grab some extra napkins. You’re going to need ‘em.

5 chicken wings

4 flour

0.25 cup granulated garlic

0.25 cup Country Bob's Seasoning Salt

0.25 tsp red pepper

Oil for deep-frying

0.50 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce


  1. Cut off and discard the wing tips and separate each wing into 2 pieces at the joint if desired.

  2. Rinse the chicken wings; drain and set aside.

  3. Combine the flour, granulated garlic, Country Bob's Seasoning Salt and red pepper in a resealable plastic bag and shake until well mixed.

  4. Add the wings, several at a time, and shake until coated.

  5. Heat the oil to 350 degrees in a deep fryer.

  6. Add the wings, several at a time, to the hot oil and fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Drain on paper towels and place in a large bowl.

  8. Add the desired amount of Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce and toss lightly until coated.

  9. Serve with additional sauce.
