Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato sandwich. Great as a summer lunch, or anytime really. Be picky with the tomato as most store bought tomatoes have no flavor. Get heirloom or fresh garden tomatoes for best results.
Toast bread in toaster or toaster oven.
Slice tomato into 1/4 inch slices.
Fry bacon until done, crisp to the desired doneness.
Spread mayonnaise equally on each slice of toasted bread.
Sprinkle with Country Bob's Seasoning Salt, to taste.
Place tomato slices on one piece of toast, and bacon on the other piece of toast.
Place lettuce leaf over the bacon and carefully close sandwich.
Enjoy with baked beans, potato salad, or chips. Great with a pickle wedge, or salted cucumber slices with Italian dressing.
