Country Bob’s Bacon All Purpose Deviled Eggs

With summer coming Country Bob’s Bacon All Purpose Deviled Eggs are an eggcellent cookout snack. A perfect mix of Dijon mustard, Mayonnaise, and All Purpose Sauce topped with bacon, dried cilantro and paprika!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

4-6 eggs

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

4 strips crispy bacon

2 tbsp mayo

2 tbsp Country Bob’s AP Sauce

2 tbsp chicken broth

2 tsp dried cilantro

2 tsp paprika

Hard boil the eggs in a large pot for 15 minutes. Remove from the boiling water and immediately submerge in ice cold water. Let the eggs sit until they are cool to the touch. Take shells off eggs and cut each egg in half. Carefully remove the yolk and place in a bowl. Set the egg whites to the side.

Once you have all the yolks in a bowl, add Dijon mustard and crumble two strips of the bacon into the bowl. Add the mayo and Country Bob’s AP Sauce then mash together with a fork until the consistency is smooth. Add a couple tbsp of chicken broth if the mixture is too solid.

Place the mixture in a Ziplock bag and cut off one of the bottom corners. Pipe the yolk contents into the egg whites using the Ziplock bag. Take your other 2 pieces of bacon and place a small piece in each egg yolk. Dust with dried cilantro and paprika and serve!
