3 green onions chopped
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 sticks Celery minced
1/2 red bell pepper diced
1/2 cup Mayo

Directions
1
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400. Coat salmon in salt and pepper then cover it in Country Bob’s Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce. Cook salmon for 10-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and cooked through. Remove and let salmon cool. (If you have time, place in the fridge for 15 minutes)
2
Prep veggies by dicing and mincing them. The smaller the better. In a large bowl combine capers, red onion, green onions, lemon juice, celery, red bell pepper, mayo, sour cream, dried dill and a dash of salt and pepper. Once salmon has cooled, add to the bowl and stir to break up salmon and mix with the veggies.
3
Build your sandwich by placing a scoop of salmon on your bun topped with bacon, tomatoes and lettuce. Serve now or place in the fridge and eat later!
