Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 rack of baby back ribs

3 tbsp of your favorite BBQ seasoning

1/3 cup Country Bob’s Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1/2 jalapeno (seeded and minced)

1 cup apple juice

1/2 cup water

For the purposes of this recipe we are cooking the ribs in the oven. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

Remove the membrane from the bottom of the ribs before seasoning.

Place ribs in a shallow dish and season with your favorite BBQ seasoning. In the bottom of the dish add the water and apple juice. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 3 hours.

While ribs are in the oven make the sauce by combining Country Bob's Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce with soy sauce and minced jalapeno.

Once the ribs have finished, remove the foil and dispose of any excess liquid in the pan. Coat the ribs in the sauce you prepared. Leave the ribs uncovered and place back in the oven for 30 minutes.

When ribs are done, let them cool for 8 minutes then they are ready to eat!
