Juicy Lucy Burger
A tasty classic hamburger stuffed with ooey, gooey, cheesy goodness! Drizzle it with your favorite Country Bob's sauce and finish with a toasted pretzel bun!

6 ounces cheddar cheese sliced/cubed
3 pounds ground beef 75/15
1 teaspoon Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt plus more to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper plus more to taste
6 pretzel hamburger buns split
Sliced pickles for garnish
Sliced red onion for garnish
Smoked bacon for garnish
Lettuce leaves
Your favorite Country Bob’s sauce

Combine ground beef, Country Bob’s All Purpose sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix with your hands until evenly combined. Divide meat into 12 equal portions. Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and place a beef portion on it. Top with another piece of plastic wrap and flatten beef into a 1/4-inch-thick patty. Repeat with remaining beef portions.

Place 1 stack of cheese in center of 6 patties. Top each with a second patty and pinch edges to form a tight seal. Cup each patty in your hands to round out edges, then press to flatten slightly into a single, thick patty. Transfer the 6 cheese-stuffed patties to a plate. Season generously with additional salt and pepper.

Preheat smoker to 275° and place cheese stuffed patties on smoker for 15 minutes per side or until done. Transfer your Juicy Lucy burgers to your buns and garnish with your toppings!
