This recipe is a recent discovery by one of our guys here at Country Bob’s. MOINK. As in “MOO” and “OINK.” That’s beef (moo) meatballs wrapped in bacon (oink). We used the frozen pre-made meatballs. We also include an alternate meatball recipe. Country Bob’s MOINK Balls will make everyone yell “Moink”!

28 oz frozen pre-made Beef Meatballs (partially thawed) 2 lb Cut Bacon 2 teaspoons Country Bobs Seasoning Salt 13oz Country Bobs All Purpose Sauce Alternate Meatball Ingredients: 1½ pound ground beef chuck, at least 20% fat ¾ cup fresh breadcrumbs 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 1 teaspoons freshly minced garlic 1 teaspoon Country Bobs Seasoning Salt


MOINK Meatballs:

  1. Wrap each meatball with half slice of bacon. Insert a toothpick to hold it together. Sprinkle with Seasoning Salt. Grill at 250 degrees for 90 minutes.

  2. We used our Primo Grill.

  3. Baste with All Purpose Sauce. Grill for additional 10 minutes.

Alternate Meatball Directions:

  1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic, and seasoning salt in a large bowl.

  2. Mix until thoroughly combined.

  3. Roll out meat mixture into 1-inch diameter balls.
