Set your smoker temperature to 250°F.
Coat the top of the pork butt (fat cap) with Country Bob's Seasoning Salt.
Smoke until internal temp reaches 160°F and then put in foil pan with one cup of apple juice, cover and smoke until internal temp reaches 195-200°F.
Shred pork and add more Country Bob's Seasoning Salt to taste.
Add your favorite Country Bob's Barbecue Sauce for dipping, serve, and enjoy!
