Pulled Pork

Bone in pork butt (shoulder)

Country Bob's Seasoning Salt

1 cup Apple Juice

Country Bob's Original Barbecue Sauce


  1. Set your smoker temperature to 250°F.

  2. Coat the top of the pork butt (fat cap) with Country Bob's Seasoning Salt.

  3. Smoke until internal temp reaches 160°F and then put in foil pan with one cup of apple juice, cover and smoke until internal temp reaches 195-200°F.

  4. Shred pork and add more Country Bob's Seasoning Salt to taste.

  5. Add your favorite Country Bob's Barbecue Sauce for dipping, serve, and enjoy!
