Flat Iron Steak

Flat Iron Steak is a great choice when you have several people at the house and the leftovers make great sandwiches as well!

  1. Place the steak inside of a large resealable bag or in a bowl. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

  2. Place on grill over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or to your desired degree of doneness. Occasionally baste with the marinade.

  3. Remove from grill and allow them to rest for 5 minutes. Cut into quarter inch slices. Serve with Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce.

Yummy Potatoes

  1. Wash potatoes and place in microwave for 4-5 minutes. Cut in half.

  2. Pour olive oil in a bowl or plate and cover each potato with oil. Sprinkle with Country Bob's Seasoning Salt.

  3. Place on grill just long enough to make grill marks. Turn for another 3-4 minutes.

  4. Serve with Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce, some steamed broccoli florets and French bread.
